ABOUT FIEGER FINDINGS
Hi, Beautiful Soul!
I’m Julie Fieger, a certified Holistic Life Coach
Before I ever thought about becoming a coach, I was just someone trying to figure out how to make life feel better, lighter, and more meaningful.
I’ve always been a “what if” person. Growing up, my friends would tease me because I was constantly wondering about possibilities. Over time though, those “what ifs” became heavy and negative. I found myself drinking too much, eating too much, feeling low, and watching the stress spill into the relationships I valued most. It was one of those moments where you realize you either keep going the way you are… or you choose something different.
I Choose Different ....
I’d always believed in therapy, and it helped me understand the past, but what I craved was forward momentum. That’s when coaching found me. I signed up for a program, and slowly but surely, I began to rewrite the stories I’d been carrying for decades. Stories of not being enough. Stories of being stuck. Stories that weren’t serving me anymore.
What happened changed everything. I lost almost 80 pounds, but more importantly, I gained a kinder, more forgiving relationship with myself. I began showing up differently — for my health, for my loved ones, and for my own future. For the first time, I felt aligned with my heart’s center and my purpose, I then thought of how many are like me out there around the world who are waiting to experience what am experiencing.
That’s why I became a coach. I know what it feels like to be stuck, overwhelmed, or lost in resistance. And I also know the freedom that comes when you start saying yes to yourself.
My philosophy is simple: while we cannot always control life’s circumstances, we can control how we respond. Much like a sporting event, the key is knowing the “next play” that moves us forward. I guide my clients through understanding their current “game,” breaking down the strategies that help them reach their desired outcomes, and creating practices that keep them centered when life feels chaotic.
A central theme in my own story is resistance the pressure to prove worth, the weight of comparison, and the noise of societal expectations. Through both personal experiences and coaching conversations, I’ve learned the value of finding “our people”those who say yes to growth, authenticity, and action. My work is about partnering with these “yes people,” supporting them as they embrace their visions and take real steps toward creating the lives they desire.
My approach to coaching blends compassion, curiosity, and accountability. Together, we uncover the areas of resistance, explore new possibilities, and design practical plays that help you move toward your goals. Whether you’re seeking clarity in relationships, balance between personal and professional life, or confidence to pursue a dream, I provide a supportive space for transformation.
My mission is to co-create lasting change with like-minded individuals who are ready to take action. Together, we’ll uncover your next plays, build your resilience, and help you move forward with confidence.
What is coaching?
Professional coaching focuses on setting goals, creating outcomes and managing personal change. Other service professions, like consulting and psychotherapy, are based on the wisdom and expertise of the professional. In coaching you—the client—are the expert. Your coach’s role is to ask powerful questions, act as a sounding board, provide objective assessment and observations, listen fully and actively, challenge your blind spots, and foster shifts in thinking that reveal fresh perspectives.
What’s my role?
The most successful coaching partnerships begin with a client who has a clear idea of what they want to accomplish and is open to collaboration and new perspectives. As a coaching client, your role is to:
• Create the coaching agenda based on personally meaningful goals
• Assume full responsibility for your own decisions and actions
• Use the coaching process to promote possibility thinking and fresh perspectives
• Engage big-picture thinking and problem-solving skills
• Take the tools, concepts, models and principles provided by your coach and engage in effective forward actions
