WELL BEING ROUTINE
This is a six (6) session coaching container where we will meet via zoom for 60 minutes once a week. In the Well Being Routine, we will partner together exploring the four levels that form us as humans. These levels are Mental, Emotional, Physical, and Spiritual. Breaking down each category helps us better understand why we are who we are. This transformational coaching container is a great beginner’s course into coaching supporting anyone thirsty for personal knowledge and self-betterment.
Package cost: $450 with two payments of $225.

EIGHT DIMENSIONS OF WELLNESS
This is a ten (10) session coaching container where we will meet via Zoom for 60 minutes once a week. In the Eight Dimensions of Wellness, we will partner together exploring the interconnected areas that contribute to your overall well-being: Emotional, Physical, Spiritual, Social, Intellectual, Environmental, Occupational, and Financial wellness. Through guided conversations and intentional practices, we will bring awareness to each dimension and uncover where growth, healing, or alignment is needed. This container is ideal for those seeking a more balanced, fulfilled, and consciously aligned life.
Package cost: $750 with two payments of $375.

HELPER HEAL THYSELF
This is a fourteen (14) session coaching container where we will meet via Zoom for 60 minutes once a week. We can coach on any topic of your choice, allowing space for your most pressing needs, personal goals, or areas of inner exploration. This coaching container is designed to support helpers, healers, and caregivers who are ready to turn their attention inward and reclaim their own healing. Whether you wish to focus on boundaries, burnout recovery, identity, relationships, life transitions, or reconnecting with your purpose, this flexible and expansive space allows us to explore whatever is most alive for you. Together, we’ll create a grounded, personalized path forward—one rooted in compassion, clarity, and sustainable growth.
Package cost: $1050 with two payments of $525.
